🚀 Panagora Group is proud to implement USAID’s Localize Global Health Security (LGHS) project! In partnership with USAID/Zambia, Ciheb Zambia, ZHECT, and Coalition Health Zambia, LGHS strengthens Zambia’s ability to 🛡️ prevent, 🔍 detect, and 💡 respond to health security threats. The #LGHS project focuses on: ✅ Empowering health workers ✅ Enhancing disease surveillance ✅ Fostering risk communication and community engagement 🎉 Congratulations to all involved in the December 12 project kick-off in Choma, Southern Province, Zambia! #GlobalHealthSecurity #LocalPartnerships #HealthResilience 🌍
Local partners have the insights, trust, and community connections essential for addressing challenges effectively. That is why USAID is partnering with three Zambian organizations to launch the Localize Global Health Security activity. The activity aims to strengthen the ability of local organizations to prevent, detect and respond to global health security threats. At the launch of the activity on December 12, in Choma, Southern province, Carol Milambo, Global Health Security Specialist said the activity will focus on three key areas: Empowering health workers, enhancing disease surveillance systems, and fostering risk communication and community engagement. The three organizations that USAID will partner with through the activity are: Ciheb Zambia, Zambia Health Education and Communications Trust (ZHECT), and Coalition Health Zambia.
