Last week, Pace Suburban Bus hosted the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of its state-of-the-art office and bus training and acceptance facility in Markham, IL. Our Pace Suburban Bus project looks stunning in the morning light. The project is on a 22-acre campus, complete with a new office building, advanced bus maintenance and acceptance facility, EV charging stations, a bus storage area, and a state-of-the-art bus driver training facility. We are excited to see this project making strides towards completion.
Our WoodSpring Suites project in Charlotte, North Carolina, is coming along nicely. We're achieving milestones like siding installation, drywall, and HVAC rough-ins. We thank the dedicated team at Path Northeast for maintaining the project schedule!
Path Construction is proud to have been awarded ECHO Suites by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Peoria, Arizona. The new extended-stay hotel from Wyndham offers 124 rooms, with individual rooms averaging 300 square feet. We are excited to bring this new hotel from Wyndham to life.
