#RootedIn Celebration  This week we’re celebrating our new campaign #RootedIn! We want to share our drive to win while sticking to our roots of doing what’s best for our people, products, and communities in an engaging way. Today in Schaumburg, IL we shared our new #RootedIn key chains, stickers, banners, and brand video! This was a great way to get everyone together to show off how we’re all in for #RootedIn!

#RootedIn Inclusion 🌈 Pride month may have ended, but at Primient, we celebrate diversity every day of the year! Recently, to recognize Pride at our global shared service center in Łódź, Poland, teams participated in workshops on diversity and inclusion management led by Eliza Gaust. Participants tested their knowledge of LGBTQIA+ culture in music and competed for exciting prizes! A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making this event so special!

Today, we commemorate a pivotal moment in American history that symbolizes the essence of freedom. We wish everyone a happy and safe Independence Day celebration!

Primient joins fellow iFAB Tech Hub consortium members in celebrating the award of approximately $51 million in funding through one of twelve U.S. Economic Development Administration's Tech Hubs Program Phase 2 Implementation grants. Our Loudon, TN plant's Professional Women's Group hosted a successful bake sale in support of Loudon County Family Resource Center this past week. Together, with community support, they raised $800 which our Primient Covation team has generously matched! Our donation will help to fund food programs for children in need across Loudon County. Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this important cause!

#RootedIn Safety Last week, we were #PrimientProud to welcome the West Lafayette and Lafayette Fire Departments to our Lafayette, IN site to support their confined space and tactical rescue training. Building strong partnerships and understanding of our people, products, and processes with our local first responders is a key part of our integrated Zero Harm Culture Safety approach.
