    The Catalina Demand Mixer is BACK. Last time we got together we had some fantastic groups of demand marketers who DO THE WORK and got the opportunity to meet other DG'ers going through many of the same challenges.     If you follow us, you know we love tech! In particular, how tech powers a good strategy! Earlier this year, GTM Partners audited 53 #martech stacks to look at trends in what people are investing in and why! One stat that jumped out to us is that the tech stack has grown from an average of 17 technologies just a few years ago to 23 in 2024! But our question is, with the growing tech stack, are companies truly optimizing the value of all of those technologies? Are they all working together optimally to support their strategy? Are these companies able to prove the value of these tech stacks to their finance team when it comes time for renewals and budgeting? We've seen a lot of companies with great technologies that are siloed within different teams, versus centralized and integrated to create a well oiled tech ecosystem.
