We have some HUGE news ⏰ We are excited to announce the launch of our Dynamic Video feature today on Product Hunt! Videos can be a force multiplier for sellers and marketers, cutting through the noise, and bringing a personalized touch to the customer interactions HOWEVER, the time it takes to record 1:1 personalized videos lead to sellers failing to utilize videos consistently. So we decided to do something about it! Announcing Sendspark Dynamic videos — record 1 video, turn on voice cloning, add contacts and generate personalized videos at scale. Hundreds of early customers have been utilizing the feature as part of their outbound campaigns and some of the results are incredible. The team at Warmly, alone have been driving 2-3x increase in reply rates by incorporating dynamic video as part of their outbound campaigns. And our own tests internally have netted out the same: Double Reply Rates when comparing dynamic video campaigns against an email only campaign. We would appreciate your support on Product Hunt, you can find it in the comments below ⬇️ Thank you to all our early users and this community 🚀

Co-founder & CEO at Sendspark | AI Personalized Video at Scale

Yesterday, in a webinar with Adam Robinson (RB2B) and Patrick Spychalski (The Kiln / Clay), we shared how to... 1️⃣ Identify website visitors 2️⃣ Create AI personalized videos 3️⃣ Send them in email sequences And some attendees asked, "What about LinkedIn?" Luckily, we were already planning to co-host a webinar with Brice Maurin from La Growth Machine tomorrow! So now, we'll make sure to demo how to create a similar workflow using LinkedIn automation We'll also share other strong use cases for AI video + LinkedIn automation that hopefully will drive some great results for you. Sales-Tech & GTM Systems | Head of Ops @ ColdIQ

AI isn’t replacing SDRs, marketing teams are. At least SDRs that aren’t using tech to plug into their org’s whole GTM motion. Getting 554 email leads in the next 6 months is totally doable. IF you take advantage of these 5 performance boosters. For context, there were 13 campaigns behind this screenshot. And here are some important notes on the strategy: 1️⃣: 2 step sequences, with 3-4 step subsequences. 2️⃣: 3-4 sentences max each. 3️⃣: Every email had at least 1 sentence that was personalised through Clay formulas or AI. 4️⃣: CTAs offered 1 of 3 things: content, event invites, or meetings. 5️⃣: Sender had an online presence in their B2B niche. So yes, there is a variation in buying intent across the 554 leads. But most importantly, every lead was heavily qualified, either through: Generic filters like company size, location, niche within sector, headcount, and job title. OR The above + content/marketing engagement. So here is the cheat sheet. 👉 Build an online presence (e.g. with LinkedIn or YouTube). 👉 Target qualified leads (ideally marketing-qualified leads). 👉Automate personalisation based on your qualification data (e.g. using Clay). 👉Use content-driven CTAs (e.g. Would you want to see…?) 👉Convert with quick-response subsequences (e.g. send the content and pitch the relevant offer in <30 min). With Nr. 2, we saw ~10x positive reply rates when ICP-qualified leads had previously engaged with content (upwards of 10% PRRs). So partially “inbound-led outbound”, but all these campaigns fall under the umbrella of “marketing-led outbound”. And I’m stealing these terms from Adam Robinson. So shout out to him, Bethany Stachenfeld, and Patrick Spychalski for inspiring this take with their RB2B x Clay x Sendspark webinar yesterday. Do you think marketing and sales may as well converge into 1 GTM/Growth team at this point? 👇 PS: And excuse the bounce rate, single-tenant Outlook setups got messy 😅. Also we shut off open tracking for most of these campaigns.

Here's how to create lookalikes of your website visitors, then automatically send them a personalized video: Somebody visiting your website is obviously an amazing intent signal, but what if you don't have enough marketing-led traffic to run a scaled campaign? This fixes that problem by effectively 10x-ing the volume of leads for every qualified website visitor you have. In short, the flow does the following: - Imports website visitors automatically via RB2B - Ensures the website visitors match our ICP before continuing the flow - Finds up to 10 lookalike companies that match my ICP criteria - Finds ICP contacts at those 10 lookalike companies, then finds their emails - Creates a personalized video via Sendspark with the prospect's website scrolling in the background - Sends the video to Smartlead for an email campaign. Voila, you now have warm (via RB2B) and cold (via Ocean.io) outbound campaigns that run on their own! I demo'ed this Clay flow on a collab webinar with Adam Robinson of RB2B and Bethany Stachenfeld of Sendspark, who both created tools that allowed this flow to exist. If you want the templates for this flow, just comment something and I can send them over.

Smart automation is about that extra mile to make it personal And AI-driven Sales Video can help achieve this! We've all been there: recording these individual Looms videos for each prospect 🤕 It's a tedious task, but it yields great results 💯 Of course, any tedious task yielding results should be automated at some point 🤖 That's where Sendspark comes in: to leverage AI's advancement for Sales Activity. Simply put : - Record once your Sales template - Let the AI personalize the video for each prospect It's perfect for outreach, so it was only natural to host a webinar with Bethany & Brice to showcase how to seamlessly integrate it with La Growth Machine Tired of recording these individually? Join us tomorrow at 6 pm CEST

Founder - Content Marketing Media and Co-Founder - Cobalt Keys. Elite approaches to Cold Email, Lead Generation, AI Agents, and Visibility. Certified @Clay and @Instantly Experts and Partners.

Would you send 100 emails (with Instantly.ai) I might add, to get 1 lead? Well, we sent 3K over 2 days to get 30 Interested replies....taking a break last week for the holidays. Mind you...this is a new campaign, new client, SaaS company... How'd we do it? 1) Curated a hyper specific list targeting companies who use tech similar to the product being offered 2) Lowered sending limits to 25 a day 3) Removed text, links, etc 4) Customized the research with Cohere Command R, added a flavor of GPT-4o to the copy. 5) Of course we used Clay and Icypeas to find emails and add a little spice 6) And for the grand finale we use Sendspark for a video intro... We about 10+ clients deep with this same workflow...with these type of results across multiple Niches....and we are just getting started:)

Co-Founder & CEO at Qwilr. Helping Sales Teams win with the best proposals possible.

In honour of some particularly HORRIBLE outreach that I’ve gotten recently - here are my hot takes on how Sellers / SDRs should pitch Founders & CEOs! 1. Capture attention 👀 Your default assumption must be that your outreach will be ignored. You have a few seconds to stand out. So - you can try something different. Video tools like Loom or Sendspark can help you cut through the noise, as can visual selling tools like Qwilr (obviously particularly compelling in my case!) But most importantly you need to… 2. GET TO THE POINT ❗ Most CEOs have a million things on their plate and if you’re not addressing a top priority, you won’t get a look in. You need to clearly articulate the value that you can provide to my company. If you don’t know how to do this, work with your manager, chat to marketing, look at the copy on your website, and work hard to figure it out. (PS: “STOP, before you delete this I want you to…”. will only get you deleted faster) 3. FWD FWD FWD ⏩ IF I like your message - there is an 80% chance that it’ll be forwarded to someone else on the team - so structure your outreach accordingly. Note: This is also another win for >>> Get to the point. 4. Zero tolerance for harassment 🚫 For many founders (including me) my inbox is one of my most important tools. Don’t harass me there. Two emails is fine (mayyybe three), but then you need to pause (or try something else). This is especially true because the time is not always right. I’m not always going to be interested in your offer, but at certain times of the year I may be. It’s ok to recycle me in your email sequence. If I don’t reply now, try me in 4-5 months. If not then, try again in another 4-5 months… etc. You give yourself a much better time of aligning to a time when that is in my top priorities. 5. Phones 📲 I can’t speak for all CEOs and founders here – but I’d wager that many of them feel the same. In my case, texting my personal phone number is never ok. And when it comes to calling, be prepared! You are the 1,000th person who has cold called me. I’ve done lots of cold calling in my time. Please don’t waste my time - just get to the point. If you do a bad job here, even more so than on email, I’m likely to take on a negative view of you and the company you represent. To be honest though - I get so many calls some days that I rarely answer unknown numbers. At the end of the day - if you treat me poorly, why would I want to work with your company? Even if someone else in my company becomes your champion - if I remember a bad experience with you I’ll probably push back. However - if you handle yourself well that reflects really well on your company. I’ll remember that too. PS: To all of the SDRs who are now going to try to pitch me: A) Bravo 👏 B) Please re-read the first line of 1, and don’t be too sad if you never hear back from me 😂 Other founders / CEOs - what hot tips do you have for pitching you?
