We’re thrilled to welcome Tugce Cavus to the TURN2X team as our new Process Engineer! Tugce brings nearly 5 years of experience in the upstream industry, where she: ✔️ Delivered early-phase engineering for emission reduction projects and feasibility studies, including carbon capture and storage (CCS) and synthetic methane production using CO₂ and green hydrogen. ✔️ Prepared and reviewed critical process documents like Heat & Material Balances and Process Flow Diagrams. In her experience in biogas engineering, she: ✔️ Developed technical proposals and cost estimates for anaerobic digestion facilities worldwide. ✔️ Customized plant designs to optimize energy output while minimizing digester volume. ✔️ Collaborated with a team of experts to enhance plant operations. We’re excited to welcome Ayobami Adeyemo to the TURN2X team as our newest Process Engineer! With a background in chemical engineering and process optimization, Ayobami brings a wealth of experience from her time at ExxonMobil UK and Wintershall Dea. She has worked on: ✔️ Energy optimization projects ✔️ M&A technical due diligence ✔️ Dynamic modeling for offshore operations ✔️ Feasibility studies for emission reduction and facility debottlenecking In her role with us, Ayobami will be contributing to engineering design for process unit standardization and plant scale-up, as well as supporting the Miajadas I and II projects. Our first commercial plant in Miajadas, Spain is now fully operational and producing Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) at injection quality - it’s a world’s first! 🎉 We now operate the largest electrolyzer in Extremadura and the second-largest electrolyzer in Spain used for decarbonizing the European industry. And it’s the first time renewable natural gas has been produced in Spain. ✅ All permits have been received for the Electrolysis Plant in Extremadura (Spain) to start RNG production. ✅ The plant has been commissioned and is ready for commercial operation. ✅ A successful 100-hour test run confirmed consistent production of RNG at injection quality. This achievement marks a significant step in our mission to drive sustainable energy solutions. We’re so proud of our team for this achievement, and look forward to scaling even further! 🚀
