📢 We are thrilled to announce that architecture firm VJAA Inc. and landscape architects at TEN x TEN have been chosen to lead a team to advance the Mississippi River Learning Center. Their work on the next phase of this project includes completing design and construction documents, building on the schematic design and furthering the programming and engagement progress completed on the project to date, with the goal of having a final design and construction bid documents ready by December 2025. The local firms bring national reputations and extensive experience working on Mississippi River projects. Their commitment to environmental stewardship through physical spaces and experiences makes them the perfect partners for this transformative project. The Design Team will be joined by Full Circle Indigenous Planning + Design, LLC to continue the facilitation and engagement of Native American Tribal Leaders & Organizations.
