No net emissions of greenhouse gases by 2050. That is the European Green Deal's ambition for the EU. The EU Commission has been introducing a range of legislation to help achieve this ambition. From the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the EU requires companies to prove that their products have not resulted in deforestation anywhere in their supply chain.🔗 One such piece of legislation is the The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
