I’m very confused about that softball in front of the bar. Is it hanging there? Was it thrown and the camera hit it just right? Is it the byproduct of photoshop gone wrong? I have so many questions.
After about 1.5 years of doing CrossFit-style workouts, I've made tremendous gains in my overall health and fitness. The supportive community has also been key. Extremely excited for my first competition in a week! 💪
