Hi Lenskart.com|Peyush Bansal I want to share my recent experience with Lenskart & I hope others can learn from it. Order ID: 1289554353 Ticket No- 87734557 M.No- 7566839320 I am deeply disappointed with Lenskart's service. I had purchased 2 John Jacobs spectacles, received only 1 on 15th June. Since then, I've been relentlessly pursuing Lenskart's customer care and escalation team for delivering my 2nd spectacle or take back my 1st spectacle...return & refund my full amount. Unfortunately, they have been avoiding my requests, seemingly waiting for the 14-day return period to lapse. In last 7 days, I had talked to- Subham Pandey (Escalation Lead) , Ankush (Escalation Supervisor), Praveen Singh (Sales Team), Aman Kushagra, Hardik Kr & Vasundhra( Customer Support Team) Peyush Bansal your team mentioned "Customers are family" -Is this the term family mean to Lenskart.com. I want to make it clear that I will not be a customer of Lenskart or don't want to in such a family whose members are like this. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with them. This kind of service is unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect transparency and accountability. My experience with Lenskart has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.
