As #BlackHistoryMonth in the U.S. and Canada comes to an end, we must remember that the fight for equity and justice continues beyond any single month or national context. It is emboldened by the strength found in diversity and the impact of collective action. In this spirit, we highlight "A CEO Blueprint for Racial Equity," a collaborative effort by Council for Inclusive Capitalism members PolicyLink, FSG, and JUST Capital, with additional support from Living Cities. The blueprint offers a comprehensive approach for business leaders worldwide to assess and improve their influence on racial equity, focusing on three critical areas: 🏢Within Organizations: Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels. 🤝Community Engagement: Enhancing the well-being of local and global communities. 🌎Broader Societal Impact: Advocating for systemic change to achieve racial equity globally. Through 8 collaborative work sessions, participants will develop an organizational racial harm policy, protocol & implementation plan tailored to their organizational context.
