Thank You, Merci, Bedankt, Danke, Gracias, Grazie Eurelectric...
For inviting me to MC your wonderful EVision gathering 6th and 7th March at the spectacular Autoworld Museum Brussels - a place that celebrates the past whilst hosting a gathering about our collective automotive future!
Here's the confirmed agenda for your perusal...
Key people discussing key topics, sharing fresh data and important perspectives, and seeking answers to the BIG questions!
And let me tell YOU, if it's half as good as it was last year I'll be twice as pleased - especially if YOU can come along for the 1st time!
In case you didn't already know, Eurelectric is the sector association which represents the common interests of the electricity industry at a European level, plus its affiliates and associates on several other continents. Together these organisations employ 970,000 people in the European Union and have a turnover of €627 billion!
And here's a BIG question - 'Can utilities turn EVs into a grid asset?'
A recent collaborative report from EY/Eurelectric attempts to answer that in detail 👉https://lnkd.in/et_xZif2
Worthy of note - Serge Colle, Global Energy & Resources Leader, Global Power & Utilities Sector Leader, EY - will be presenting the very latest collaborative report, followed by a panel debate with Michael Cole, President & Ceo at Hyundai Motor Europe, Åsa Pettersson, CEO Swedenergy, & Mark Van Stiphout, Deputy Head of Unit, DG ENER, European Commission.
I will have been at The Geneva International Motor Show the week before this Brussels gathering...so it will be interesting to compare and contrast the electric pulse at both events - something I'll be sure to share with YOU of course!
