HOUSE OF HUMANS MAKES WAVES! THE TRIFECTA IS NOW COMPLETE! After the successful openings in Milan with SR LABS - The Eye Tracking Company and yesterday’s news about Wageningen with Kalsec Inc. , months of work come to a successful result with this morning’s welcome ceremony at València Innovation Lab. The presentation ceremony was attended by the Councilor for Tourism, Innovation and Investment Attraction of the City of Valencia, Paula Llobet Vilarrasa , who explained that “this is the type of company we want to attract to Valencia, with talent and innovative technology that will help us solve the challenges we have as a city. The data obtained with this technology will allow companies in the agri-food sector, a very important sector for our territory, to make more efficient and effective decisions and improve the consumer’s gastronomic experience.” We couldn’t be more excited and grateful to all the partners and friends who are supportive of our growth in Valencia and in Spain in general. Have you ever wished to know exactly how someone feels when they taste one of your dishes? To know if they really like it, or if they’re just being polite? 🤔🍽   Now, with Thimus’ technology, it’s possible. 🎉   This startup brings to Valencia an innovative technology based on #neuroscience that analyzes the emotions triggered by food. 🧠   Their CEO, Mario Ubiali, explained the various features of their product, and it was the City Councilor for Tourism, Innovation, and Investment Attraction, Paula Llobet Vilarrasa, who tested the product demo during its presentation this morning at La Harinera.   Presentation hosted by our Project Manager, Virginia García Romero, with the attendance of Luz Martínez Musoles ⍟, Director of Internacional Cámara Valencia in Cámara Valencia and Lucía Calabria Tasa, Deputy Director of entrepreneurship at València Innovation Capital.   Thimus was born from the idea of preserving the values of Mediterranean gastronomy, offering support to companies in creating, researching, quality reviewing, and reformulating new food products, using technology that collects statistical data to support strategic decisions.   Its arrival in Valencia strengthens our position as a technological hub, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate it.
