Hello everyone,

In today's world most of us undoubtedly face 3 major frustrations a) No wi-fi  b) slow phone charge and c) bad internet speed.

An Israeli based start up 'Storedot' , fortunately has come to the rescue for 'time- consuming phone charge.'

Most of us are hooked on to our smartphones. No matter where we are, what we are doing or who we are with. Due to this high level of addiction, we all at some point wish our smartphone batteries last as long as possible and more importantly have fast charging capacity. 

Fortunately with the technological advancement, most new smartphones have a capacity of full charge within 40- 45 minutes. However, some of us (myself included) are still not contented with the same. ;) 

While I was going through a list of technological advancements coming up, I came across an Israeli startup called 'Storedot' by Mr. Doron Myersdorf who has unveiled prototype for next generation battery that can take your smartphone from 0 to 100 in 5 minutes.

This startup is currently in the process of establishing partnerships with major smartphone manufacturers in order to provide smart phone owners the charging speed they badly desire. On the flip side, such a technology will come at a price which will be 30 percent more than today’s models and add as much as $100 to a phone’s retail price.

With the way smartphone manufacturers have been competing in recent years, the ability to charge a smartphone fully and safely in five minutes would prove to be a major USP for any new flagship.

The founder 'Myersdorf' is aiming at 2017 as a year for mass production launch of these batteries. If that be the case, you may want to push back your smartphone purchase by a year.
