About us
SBA's Office of Capital Access's (OCA) mission is to increase capital available to start and grow small businesses that cannot access capital through conventional sources, and to provide disaster assistance in the form of home and business loans for disaster survivors. OCA is the home of SBA's flagship loan program, the 7(a) loan program, as well as the 504 and Microloan programs. OCA is also home to SBA's Office of Surety Guarantees.

The agency is seeking applicants positioned to fill gaps in small business lending, including small-dollar lending, loans to underserved populations, and green lending.
