Ladies, do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, unorganized, forgetful, struggle to finish tasks, and manage your emotions? Everything feels like a chore. You can barely keep your head above water and blame yourself. Could you secretly have ADHD? Women are receiving later-in-life ADHD diagnoses at unprecedented numbers. It's a myth when they say ADHD is over diagnosed. ADHD in women is often missed due to lack of education in the healthcare system, societal myths, and masking symptoms unknowingly. My clients usually believe they only have anxiety and depression symptoms. I work with diagnosed and undiagnosed women with ADHD.

Being a therapist means to me that regardless of background or identity, I will do my utmost to provide for you a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space so that we can explore challenging thoughts and ideas. I do my best work when we can focus our efforts in therapy on specific areas of concern relating to stress, mood and anxiety disorders. Throughout the course of therapy, we will find ways to break down those areas of concern and then structure treatment to suit your unique mental health goals. I’m confident that not only will you find therapy a positive experience, but one where you will see yourself getting better.

Most people know of the Golden Rule or a similar version of it, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you". Oftentimes when we hear these words, we forget about the part referring to ourselves. This is able to be translated into our relationships; we forget about ourselves and lose sight of the fact that a relationship is a two-way street. A relationship is a cause and effect; nothing happens on one side that does not affect the other. The idea suggested by Dr. Peterson that we should treat all people, including ourselves, as people who we want to encourage and develop is exactly what I strive for when I see clients.
