Although a large part of my practice is with couples, I also work with individuals. I believe that at our core, we want to connect with other people and feel connected with ourselves. We don't want to feel alone. My practice is based in a process known as Emotionally Focused Therapy ("EFT"). EFT is based on ideas of attachment/connection with others. It helps us understand how emotions impact our sense of connection in life.
