On Monday, together with Procore Technologies, we hosted our Building Inclusive Foundations: The Role of LGBTQIA+ Diversity in Shaping the Future of Construction In partnership with Unboxed Pride, this discussion brought together industry leaders and mental health experts who are driving meaningful change in the construction sector, and supporting individuals to be more resilient We explored the psychological impact of inclusive workplaces, how to challenge unconscious bias, lessons from the Australian Defence Force, and the role of mentorship, hiring practices, and mental health support in creating truly inclusive environments.
