Last week we hosted Freehold LGBT+ CIC’s Next Gen networking drinks at One Fitzroy.   Freehold brings together LGBTQ+ professionals and allies from across the UK property industry. Networking events such as these provide access to a community of like-minded individuals. Freehold also offers mentoring initiatives and resources to help us all to foster a more diverse and inclusive industry.   Kelly Canterford MRICS, co-chair of Freehold, and Richard Glenwright, chair of Encourage, our own LGBTQ+ network here at Newmark, spoke to the group about the support that can be found in networks such as these. Good news is that the exercise starts today!
