  • Meet electrical apprentices Jessica Hill and Tahlia Mundy. Starting out in a male-dominated trade wasn’t easy, but when they were employed by Ozora Energy, Jess and Tahlia were given every opportunity to grow and were encouraged to join the New Energy Apprenticeships Mentoring Program. With the support of their mentor, Janus, they’re expanding their knowledge and industry connections and excelling at what they love. From rewiring homes to building trust with clients, both Jess and Tahlia are kicking goals in their apprenticeships. “We’re not just electricians; we’re craftspeople,” they say - and it shows. Keep up the great work girls. 🙌
