At Urban Property Group, we think a lot about what makes a home. We know homes are more than just architectural plans, more than concrete pours and steel structures. They're much more than just the sum of their parts. We know this because we’ve been creating places and shaping communities for almost 40 years. #UrbanPropertyGroup #WelcomeHome

Stage 1 of Central Coast Quarter, The Waterfront, is forging ahead—nearing the 50% completion milestone, all thanks to the unwavering dedication of our Urban construction team! Our progress has soared up to Level 22, marking a significant achievement as we begin work on the communal Panorama Deck. Meanwhile, scaffolding is coming down to showcase the striking louvre façade from the Ground Floor through Level 6. Inside, we’re moving full steam ahead: walls, ceilings, and windows are completed up to Level 6, joinery is done through Level 2, tiling has started, and fit-outs in the lower-level apartments are well underway. Looking ahead, we’re on track to top out the structure in February. Looking ahead, we’re on schedule for completion of the structure in Febuary. We’re excited to share that we have received approval for our amending DA at our project in Little Bay. This is our fifth project to use the NSW Government’s affordable housing policy. This approval introduces not only additional market housing but, more importantly, provides 15 much-needed affordable homes in Sydney's eastern suburbs. These affordable homes represent a valuable first step toward alleviating the housing pressures in the area. By expanding and diversifying the residential options in Little Bay, this development is a small step in the right direction towards addressing our housing crisis. With this DA secured, the Urban Property Group team is forging ahead, aiming for completion in 2026. Once finished, this development will invite new residents to become part of the Little Bay community—where beautifully landscaped streetscapes blend seamlessly with a stunning coastal setting. A special thank you to Beam Planning for your invaluable support throughout the development process. Your expertise and collaboration have been greatly appreciated. Last week, we hosted our Urban Property Group Cadet Day, bringing together our talented Cadets for a day of learning, development and connection. At Urban, we are committed to fostering the growth of future leaders in property and construction. Our Cadet Program offers mentorship and hands-on exposure across key areas of the business including site coordination, site supervision, contracts administration, design and development. The day featured insightful introductions from Roy Massoud and Michael Boutros on Urban’s projects and pipeline, a career journey presentation by Con Tsaltas highlighting growth from Cadet to Senior Leadership, and inspiring stories from former Cadet Michael Ha, now a Project Coordinator. Kristina Cejka and Deana Aroney, our People & Culture team, introduced the revamped Cadet Program and exciting initiatives. Cadets then toured our Bexley project, The Parq, Australia’s first project to ever receive 10-year Latent Defect Insurance – a major milestone for the industry, and visited Wire Industries Pty Ltd where they gained a deeper insight into the steel reinforcement process and learned about the vital role subcontractors play in the construction process. This is just the beginning for our cadets, and we’re looking forward to seeing them grow and shape the future of our industry. A big thank you to all involved for making the day a success! #CadetDay #Careers #FutureLeaders

We’re pleased to share that today, the Daily Telegraph highlighted the success of the NSW Government’s affordable housing policy and recognised one of our upcoming developments, Mayfair, Penrith as solution to the housing crisis. The affordable housing policy provides an incentive to deliver more affordable housing – an important initiative in addressing Sydney's ongoing housing challenges – and is making a real difference. By incorporating the NSW Government’s affordable housing policy into our Mayfair development, we are proud to provide a minimum of 65 affordable housing apartments, further increasing the supply of quality homes right on the doorstep of Penrith Station. We believe that affordability should never mean compromising on quality or design. We're passionate about creating homes where every resident—regardless of tenure—experiences the same high standards and exceptional amenity that defines our brand. Our commitment is to build communities where excellence is accessible to all, because everyone deserves a place they're proud to call home. At Urban Property Group, we are honored to have been a Major Match Partner for this year’s CEO Dare to Cure, a truly meaningful initiative by the Children's Cancer Institute. This incredible event brings together CEOs and business leaders from across Australia, encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones and take on a dare to raise critical funds for children’s cancer research. Every year, more than 1,000 children and adolescents are diagnosed with cancer in Australia, and three young lives are lost every week. For those who survive, up to 70% will face serious long-term health issues due to the very treatments that saved their lives. Join us in making a difference — learn more and donate here: https://lnkd.in/gUb3QQJm Together, we can help fund life-saving research and give hope to children battling cancer. #CEODaretoCure #ChildrensCancerInstitute #Partnership

Vale Ghadi Nakhoul. It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our team member, Ghadi Nakhoul, Project Manager at Urban Property Group. Ghadi tragically passed away yesterday, leaving behind not only a legacy of hard work and dedication, but also an enduring impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him. Ghadi joined Urban in 2016 at the age of 19 as a cadet, and over the course of the past eight years, he became more than just a valued team member—he became family. Ghadi demonstrated a quiet strength, humility, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His work ethic, integrity, and deep compassion were evident in everything he did, both within our company and in his community. Throughout his career, Ghadi played a key role in delivering many significant projects, where he left an indelible mark. His ability to navigate challenges, provide solutions, and lead with grace was admired by all who worked with him. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ghadi was deeply committed to his faith and his extensive charity work was a testament to his generosity and selflessness. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Ghadi’s friends, family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Interested in how construction is progressing at our waterside residential development in Little Bay? We're currently in the midst of bulk excavations, with bulk earthworks at the halfway point. Over 10,000m³ of sandstone has already been excavated and stage one of our site establishment has now been completed. This month, we’re looking forward to having our tower crane erected at our premium project, which offers uninterrupted water views and is surrounded by some of Sydney’s best golf courses. We look forward to sharing more updates as our project comes to life. #Property #Construction #Residential

Last week, as part of our ongoing partnership with UNSW, we had the pleasure of welcoming UNSW Master of Architecture students for two days of practical site visits at our residential development, The Halston, in North Strathfield. During the tour, the students gained valuable practical construction insights into shoring, drainage, and intricate brickwork façades. The visit allowed them to see their studies come to life, while exploring the vital role of communication and collaboration between design and construction teams, as well as the importance of sustainable solutions in modern development. A heartfelt thank you to UNSW and professors Dr. Luciano Cardellicchio and Prof. Philip Oldfield for the opportunity to showcase our work. It was also an honour to have Acting NSW Building Commissioner Matt Press join us, enriching the experience for everyone involved.
