📣 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀* 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 | Today, when we fight again against trans #criminalization laws, anti-#LGBTIQ+ policies, and anti-right narratives we must remember that #trans liberation is inseparable from broader struggles against oppression—whether that oppression comes from far-right movements or exclusion within feminist and #queer spaces. If we remain silent, we are complicit in taking away trans rights. As right-wing movements criminalize trans rights, the next on the list shall be #reproductive rights. Let us start with us, let's challenge transphobia that exists within some left and #feminist movements by actively countering anti-trans rhetoric within feminist and leftist spaces. ✊🏽 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 💜

Think Tanks
We implement the international gender policy programme of the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
About us
The global rise of structural oppression and violence against women and LGBTIQ+, the strengthening of anti-gender networks and anti-feminist attitudes and the fragmentation of feminist movements are contemporary challenges. We analyse (patriarchal) gender and power relations, support spaces for action for a democratisation of gender relations and promote intersectional and international gender-political narratives. In doing so, we stand up for reproductive justice, strengthen feminist solidarities and coalitions and call for a feminist organisational and leadership culture.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘂𝘀. ⚠️ Not by chance, the global far-rights positions take #feminisms as their main enemy. But feminisms do not back down and fight in every corner of the world with the strength of networks, memory, and life. Explore powerful stories from #Mexico, #ElSalvador, #Colombia, #Brazil, #Argentina, and #Chile from migrant women’s rights to dignified menstruation, reproductive justice, feminist economy, political and racial violence, and the ongoing fight for equality across Latin America.
