😭 It's not you, It's us! What an incredible 3 days. We miss you all already! As we close #DEFYConference2024, we're out of words to express how moving this conference has been. Some of the key takeaways from this week: ✔ When diverse communities from different councils and backgrounds gather, expect 🎇  ✔ Diversity = Passion = Creativity = New business opportunities 💡 ✔ The #DiverseSupplier community is stronger than ever in Canada 🍁 We want to thank every person who attended, organized and sponsored the conference. To say this groundbreaking event is making ripples in the Canadian supply chain is an understatement, and that's all thanks to YOU! Throughout the year, but especially during #NationalIndigenousHistoryMonth and today, on #NationalIndigenousPeoplesDay, we want to recognize the teachings of Indigenous populations, and emphasis the importance of including them in our practices, to create a more inclusive and respectful business setting in which we all can prosper. We invited Indigenous suppliers to talk a bit about ways in which they apply their rich heritage to foster balance and inclusion in the supply chain.
