😎 17 Sport athlete, two-time Paralympic Gold medalist, and disability inclusion advocate Ezra Frech is already looking toward the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games! 🤖 Last week, Ezra joined LA28's Official Design and Make Platform Autodesk at their Annual Autodesk University in San Diego, California. Through a powerful keynote discussion with CEO Andrew Anagnost, Ezra had the opportunity to discuss Autodesk’s vision for the 2028 Games and the ways their software is being used to help make the world a more innovative place. 🌇 To make the week even better, Autodesk had a big celebration in store for Ezra—one that’s several stories tall! On the side of their building, Ezra’s historic Olympic success was put on display for the whole city to see. 🤩 We are so proud of Ezra Frech and his continuous journey to build a more inclusive sports world, and we can’t wait to see him compete in his hometown for Los Angeles’ first Paralympic Games in 2028! #SportsAndPurpose #SportsImpact #EzraFrech

⚽💥 We recently returned from an inspiring week at the adidas Breaking Barriers Convening at adidas HQ in Herzogenaurach! 🌍📍 We gathered with 120 attendees from across Europe—including the Project’s Implementing and Expert Partners—to celebrate the collective impact the Breaking Barriers Project has made for women and girls over the past five years. 🗣✨ The week was rich in content and conversation. From a Breast Health Awareness workshop led by The Bra Professor Joanna Wakefield-Scurr, to a bra-fitting workshop with the adidas retail team, to a thought-provoking panel discussion about menstrual hygiene and sports featuring Dr. Emma Ross, Michelle Coleman, and Theresa Seidel, there was no shortage of inspiration and opportunities to learn as a community. 💪🤩 We also had special guests Carlota Dudek - Olympic Breakdancer, Michelle Coleman - Olympic Swimmer, and Khalida Popal - GIRLPOWER Founder, join us to share more about their personal experiences and to see the work that Breaking Barriers has achieved. 👥🌠 It was a collective effort to bring this event to life. Our team collaborated with adidas, Common Goal, Women Win, and Soccer Without Borders on all aspects of delivering this event. From overall project management to event delivery direction, we are so proud to have played a role in the Convening. 🙌🎉 A big thank you to adidas for making this Project and this event possible, to our Expert Partners for their content and delivery, and to all the Implementing Partners for their hard work on the ground making sport equal! 🏃♀️🤸 We left the Convening feeling motivated and excited to continue our journey together.
