Block D The Crossings, Adamstown reached the topping out milestone just 6 months after excavation commenced. This block, comprising 168 apartments, forms part of the broader third phase, which will deliver a total of 442 residential units for our client Quintain Limited Ireland.   Upon completion, The Crossings, will feature 975 residential units, 18,000 square meters of retail space, and 3,500 square meters of commercial facilities for the Adamstown community.   Congratulations and thanks to Quintain Ireland, Henry J Lyons Architects, Elliott Group and the entire design team for their hard work and dedication in achieving this milestone. #toppingout #residential #adamstown

What started as a simple step-tracking spreadsheet challenge during COVID has evolved into a fitness movement at Cogent, driven by team spirit, motivation and a shared commitment to well-being! Now known as the Cogent Fitness Challenge, this initiative has grown with the support of a fitness app, helping us exceed all expectations. Whether it’s lunchtime walks through Dublin, cycling, pilates, running or team sports, the energy is nothing short of inspiring - and the results are impressive. With a combined total of over 6 million steps in just 3 weeks (the distance to New York or 12,000 circuits of a soccer pitch!), and 522 hours away from our desks, we’re not just tracking activity but actively supporting healthier, happier teams. Next up? We’re gearing up to take on the Run In The Dark fundraiser this November, where we’ll join together for an incredible cause. To everyone participating, thank you for your commitment. This week marks a significant milestone for the topping out of One Opera Square in Limerick. One Opera Square comprises of a 12,000sqm site-wide basement and this 6 storey, Grade A office building, targeting LEED Platinum Certification, WiredScore Platinum and WELL Platinum. Project Completion of laboratory grade warehousing and offices for a multinational biomedical client in Dublin. Demolition works have commenced on the redevelopment of the 1960s Dorset Street flats on Dorset Street and Upper Dominick Street, providing 163 BER A-rated homes and community spaces. The project will contribute to local regeneration, including enhanced public spaces and prioritise sustainability through the use of renewable energy systems and district heating.
