We are very proud to have been involved in other successful Resource Consent process with Simplicity Living and its project team, achieving non-notified consent for their next exciting development at 10 Morningside Drive in Morningside. This project will see the delivery of 262 build to rent apartments across two apartment buildings, both of which achieve an efficient use of a great location by exceeding maximum height.
