Enforced fun is never that fun… Funnily enough. This one comment on Tik Tok had us wondering: Who are these companies and where are you finding them?! Long story short, the person was explaining that his wife's wages get deducted if she doesn't attend a work social event. And the social events are after work, not during. So on personal time. We're pretty sure deducting wages for somebody not attending social events with people that they possibly don't like is a bit nuts… You just can't do that. You can't expect people to go on personal time. If you do want everyone to go, then make sure it's in work time. But our advice to anyone in this situation is… Get out, quick.
