🏗️ Project Update: 26 King Street, Covent Garden 🏗️   We are making steady progress at 26 King Street, with important milestones reached in the last few months:   🔨 Rear façade demolition: Successfully completed down to the ground floor slab. 🏗️ Basement works: Temporary structures have been installed to support the ongoing construction. 🔧 Steelwork: Essential riser and support steel structures are in place, laying the groundwork for the next stages.   With these key steps behind us, we’re shifting our focus to preserving and restoring the building’s heritage features while also preparing for the next phase: constructing the new steel structure that will form the rear elevation extension. We're enhancing the units with new WC facilities, MEP services, and refreshed finishes, alongside installing new loading doors and rooflights. Throughout, we're carefully managing our work to ensure minimal disruption to tenant operations. Our in-house experts at Anthemion Restoration and Impera Conservation are using traditional techniques to revive the original ornate cornices and lighting features. Additionally, we will be extending and adding an additional floor to this historic Grade II listed building, along with full façade and internal restorations and a new private terrace that offers amazing views of Covent Garden.
