We are extremely proud to announce our Cobham (Elmbridge) - ❗and Surrey's first and only❗ - Habitat bank, has now been listed on the official BNG register after securing it's S106 agreement. 👏 This project has been a great example of success through collaboration, with our wonderful partners and supporters at Elmbridge Borough Council (Paul Falconer) and Surrey County Council (Ann Bailey MCIEEM). We are excited to make our mark and contribute to the local council's Sustainability goals. The Habitat Bank offers a variety of habitat offsets, with all units available NOW. Units available: 🌱 Other Neutral Grassland 🌳 Mixed Scrub 🍎 Traditional Orchard 💦 River Units 🌿 Medium Hedgerow 💧 Ponds, Non Priority ⭐️ Uniquely, we protect our land to nature for perpetuity rather than the statutory 30 years. This helps to safeguard the developer’s reputation, reduce local planning objections, and strengthen planning negotiations, as well as safeguard against any future legislation change. Read more about it below ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/gddaHwxy If you are interested in securing some of our high-integrity BNG units for Cobham, or any of our other habitat banks nationwide, please do get in touch with the team. 🗣️ 🌱 Jack Potter 📈 Ben Perry 🏗️ Toby Peters
