As we await the Autumn Budget and potential changes to Capital Gains Tax, now could be the perfect time to explore EIS investments.
By investing in early-stage companies through Green Angel Syndicate, you can support innovative climate solutions and benefit from CGT-free profits after three years. 🌱

Green Angel Ventures portfolio company Low Carbon Materials (LCM) has successfully closed a £3M funding round. We are proud to have contributed to this milestone as this funding is a critical step in decarbonising the construction industry—one of the world’s most significant contributors to carbon emissions.
LCM develops carbon-negative aggregates that provide simple, scalable solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of concrete and asphalt, materials responsible for a significant portion of global emissions. Their innovative products are already being used in real-world projects. 🚧
As part of our EIS Climate Change Fund, we are proud to support impactful companies like LCM that are working to accelerate the transition to net-zero construction.

Investing in EIS early-stage climate tech companies with Green Angel Syndicate not only supports critical climate solutions, but after holding shares for three years, all our EIS investment gains are typically CGT-free (subject of course to an individual's particular circumstances and any future tax rule changes).

What a lovely evening.
Last night Green Angel Syndicate members assembled across the UK to stream the October Online Pitch. They had the pleasure of engaging with three excellent companies, each with its own unique solution to climate change.
A closer look at the pitching companies:
🌎 Actuation Lab has developed a breakthrough in valve technology and aims to prevent enormous CO2e emissions from gas valve leaks across the hydrogen, natural gas and chemicals industries.
🌎 PES Technologies is seeking a second raise with Green Angel Syndicate following their successful seed round last year. They are supporting the agriculture industry with their soil health testing product.
🌎 SAGES are revolutionising colour through the development of their low-impact, biodegradable, and non-polluting dyes from food waste.
We’ll be at Sustainable Ventures for our next pitch. Once again you can join us in-person or tune in via Zoom.
