I’m thrilled to share that I’m embarking on a new learning journey as a Group Analyst! This has been a goal of mine for the last two years, and I’m excited to finally have my foot in the door with The Institute of Group Analysis As I delve into this certification, I’m continually exploring the kind of organizational psychologist I aspire to be. One key aspect I’m passionate about is understanding and guiding groups toward greater acceptance and mutual support. My aim is to help teams unlock their full potential by fostering an environment where everyone feels seen and valued. A huge thank you to Kedar K Rao for all your support and guidance—I’m incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done. And Farhad Dalal, your presence and influence have been truly inspiring. Just a glimpse of our the organisers of the GASi 7th Annual Summer School, Marit Joffe and Alice Mulasso. The summer school consisted of a diverse and international community of group analysts and students who gathered in Turin, Italy. 110 participants from 22 countries. This transitional community that formed over the 5 intensive days was a container for complex emotions that cared for the future and held generations together. With more memories to follow via our social media, GASi wants to extend great thanks to the co-organisers for their tireless work and we hope that they can revel in the fruits of their labour for the months to come! We are now open to registrations, join us on a group analytic Italian adventure! Two fee types are available: Lower Fee: € 290 Full Fee: € 390   The lower fee is for trainees, and we would ask that all qualified group analysts pay the higher fee, as your fee enables the attendance of trainees on lower incomes. The fee covers attendance at the event, lunches at the venue, and refreshments at coffee breaks. The welcome reception on Wednesday evening and a contribution to the supper on Saturday are also included.
