Cwrt Yr Osaf is our new extra-care facility in Pontypridd that will provide 60 state-of-the-art apartments in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. Built on the former Pontypridd Magistrates site, the facility will offer an alternative to care homes, offering high-quality housing for people with care and support needs to support their independence.
