Over the past 18 months, Marchmont Investment Management have successfully deployed a series of asset management initiatives and refurbishment programmes at Benfield Business Park, including: • 11 Lease Renewals and Re-gears agreed across 222,798 sq. ft., securing a further £619,306 of annual rental income and capturing an average reversionary uplift of 47.70%. • 5 New Lettings agreed across 35,379 sq. ft., providing a further £176,535 of annual rental income on the estate and helping to establish a new tone and drive ERVs. • EPC ratings by floor area have been improved dramatically from 20% minimum C ratings to 82%, with further improvement measures to be implemented this year.
