In just three years, our Mentorship Programme has grown exceptionally - expanding from just 8 mentors across the business to over 250 and counting 📈 We had the pleasure of speaking with Debs Butler, the inspiring leader of coaching and mentoring at NFU Mutual. In December, a group of colleagues from our Belfast Regional Office stepped up to support Cancer Focus Northern Ireland. They volunteered at the Ormeau charity shop, helping to sort through stock and prepare it for retail. But they didn’t stop there! Wanting to make an even bigger impact, the team organised a cake sale at our Belfast Regional Service Centre to raise awareness and additional funds for the charity. Thanks to their hard work and generosity, they raised over £780, which will make a lasting difference for local people facing cancer in Northern Ireland. A huge well done to everyone involved 👏 💛

We are proud to announce that we will be donating £4m of funding to local and national charities in 2025 💛 We will continue to support national and regional charities and have pledged £1.2m in funding to the NFU Mutual Charitable Trust, as well as donating £2.33m to local front-line charities through our Agency Giving Fund. We have also committed £100,000 to our Community Champions Scheme and donated £370,000 to The Farm Safety Foundation - an independent registered charity founded and funded by NFU Mutual.
