🌟 Join Our Team as a Temporary HR Administrator! 🌟 Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, hybrid role? Now Student Living is seeking an HR Administrator to support our small but mighty team during an exciting time of growth and change. This temporary role (initially for three months, with the potential for extension) will play a key part in helping us with day-to-day HR admin tasks as we implement a new HR and payroll system. 🗓️ Role Details - Hybrid working: 1 day per week in our Oxford Circus office, remote for the rest of the week. - Immediate start preferred. 💼 Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including maintaining personnel files and handling recruitment processes. - Prepare employment contracts, manage onboarding, and ensure compliance with Right to Work and DBS check requirements. - Support with payroll, policy updates, and employee lifecycle processes, including probation and leaver administration.
