🛣️ Driving Progress on the A40 Access to Witney Improvement Scheme 🛣️ Great to see significant progress on the A40 Access to Witney scheme in Oxfordshire, led by AECOM through Perfect Circle on the SCAPE Consultancy framework. After completing the detailed design, construction is officially underway, marking a major milestone. Commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council, the £25m project will reduce congestion by providing new west-facing slip roads, improving access from Witney to the A40. Following approvals and key value engineering efforts, AECOM has saved costs and streamlined construction, shortening timelines by six weeks. Delighted that work has started on a new 85m-long walking and cycling bridge over the River Trent in Nottingham. The bridge will improve connectivity between communities, green spaces, riverside paths and amenities in the city. Our Partner Pick Everard was appointed by Nottingham City Council to deliver project and cost management and health and safety services, via Perfect Circle on the SCAPE Consultancy framework.
