We had the pleasure of hosting Loughborough University campus security team this week at our Alliance Training Academy for their Door Supervisor Top Up Training. A big thank you to our trainer Jill for delivering the course over the 2 days! 🎓
Our wider Management Team at Alliance Events had a brilliant training session with Safer Spaces Now CIC yesterday. The session was hugely beneficial and has educated our teams on sexual violence, harassment & domestic abuse at events. The session has also equipped our teams with the knowledge and skills to manage signs of abuse, how to escalate issues and identifying customers who need support. Alliance would strongly recommend Safer Spaces Now CIC training sessions to security teams across the events sector to ensure festivals and events are safe places for all
Alliance is thrilled to announce our continued partnership with Loughborough University with a two year contract! Since 2020, Alliance has provided a variety of roles across campus including security and stewarding to sporting events, University events & more recently working in partnership with the University and Charnwood Council with the Street Support Scheme 🎓 🟣 We are looking forward to a successful future with Loughborough University! *Safer Spaces Training* On May 8th, Alliance is hosting Safer Spaces Now CIC to deliver a one day training session in our HQ at Loughborough University. The session will educate our Management & Support Team on sexual violence, harassment & domestic abuse at events before a busy summer season. This training is another step we can take to ensure festivals & events are safe places for all 🚫 We want to offer 5 spaces for Event Professionals on our network that would benefit from the training!
