Her experience includes implementing wellbeing benefits for large employers and launching a wellness platform at a major airline. Most recently, Anna led business development for a digital mental health solution, facilitating access to therapy and psychiatry services for employers, municipalities, and school districts alike. Anna believes that health data holds the “keys to the kingdom” when it comes to creating access to healthcare, and we couldn’t agree more 😊 We can’t wait to see how Anna’s expertise and passion for healthcare accessibility will propel our mission forward—to bring actionable, data-driven insights to those changing healthcare.

They then harnessed all their data to address the problem — and show how their efforts delivered a better employee experience.

Our talented data ops team only continues to grow... join us in welcoming Ria C., Associate Data Manager! 🎉 Ria brings IT and analytics experience in insurance, value-based care, and revenue cycle improvement. Her experience in auditing claims data and passion for healthcare accessibility will be extremely useful on the data ops team as she plays a role in ‘demystifying the data’ for our clients.
