Ada County Highway District Franklin Traffic Operations Center - Site Visit 🦺 Boise, ID The Ada County Highway District's new Traffic Operations Center on Franklin Road in Boise, Idaho, will feature a 25,000-square-foot building to accommodate ACHD's Traffic Management Center, a sign shop, a material laboratory, and additional office spaces. The site will also house a warehouse for traffic-related supplies and a separate workshop facility. Opening Fall 2024, this project aims to centralize operations, enhance service delivery across Ada County, and ensure resilience against emergencies.
