The Elevate Labs team looks like Taylor Swift in this light (we’re loving it). Our Social Committee always brings a little extra joy to the month, and August (🎶 ) was no exception. Last week, our most tortured poets (the Elevate Swifties) took some time out of the day to sing, dance, deep dive, and make some *dazzling* friendship bracelets. We’re keeping the joy of this Eras Tour-inspired event going a little longer by trading bracelets, too, because who says remote teams have to feel remote? (𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮, 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴, 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘣𝘰𝘹!)  This is Elevate Labs (Taylor’s Version). #InsideElevate

Elevate Labs is thrilled to welcome two new members to the team! Eric Theriault is our new Senior iOS Engineer. With a passion for iOS development and a love for all kinds of computer programming, Eric brings a wealth of expertise to our team. When he's not online, you can find him walking his dog, biking, kayaking, or playing pickleball. Eric has a variety of talents, including competitive swing dancing and (as of recently) piano tuning. 🎾 Erick Castillo is our new Senior Backend Engineer. With over a decade of experience as a software engineer, Erick's adaptability across multiple technologies shines, with a particular fondness for Ruby on Rails. Outside of work, Erick enjoys hiking, caring for his two dogs and four rabbits, reading, and helping people in Latin America with their finances and investments. 🏞 We're excited to have them on board!

Everyone knows that at the end of the week, you deserve a little treat. And what a treat it is to get to know Marius Libman. Take a peek #InsideElevate to meet one of our incredible department heads, won’t you? Lifelong musician. Film enthusiast. Cat dad. It’s been seven years since Marius joined the team, and in that time, he’s progressed from Motion Designer to Director of Product Design, leaving an indelible mark on each of our apps. We’re thrilled to introduce him, and we can’t wait to see what he does next.

If there’s one thing we love at Elevate Labs, it’s a̶ ̶w̶e̶l̶l̶-̶t̶i̶m̶e̶d̶ ̶G̶I̶F̶ S̶l̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶t̶h̶r̶e̶a̶d̶s̶ ̶f̶i̶l̶l̶e̶d̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶b̶a̶b̶i̶e̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶d̶o̶g̶s̶ feedback! Okay, so, we love a lot of things. But we 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 love feedback. Just ask Olivia Johnson, SHRM-CP, our Director of People Operations, who has this to say about our culture of open feedback: “At Elevate, feedback is mission-critical to building our award-winning apps. It’s also an important way we live out our values - we 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 by candidly sharing ideas, and we 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 by welcoming direct feedback from others. Elevate Labs is thrilled to welcome two new members to the team! Chelsea Pipitone is our new Customer Support Agent. She previously worked at Cash App, serving as a liaison to BPO partners and preparing Operations for feature rollouts. When she's not at work, you'll find her tending to her garden, perfecting her focaccia recipe, speed running puzzles, or enjoying a peaceful stroll outdoors. 🌸 Adriana Villalvazo is our new Part Time Sourcer. She has a background working in operations and marketing for start-ups and recently graduated from UT Austin. There, she was on the wakesurfing team, volunteered with Texas Young Life, and pursued start-up ventures. Now, she enjoys surfing, traveling, shooting film photography, and exploring new health food places. 🍽 We're excited to have them on board!

Elevate Labs is thrilled to welcome Dan Kessler to the team as our new Chief Operating Officer! Dan most recently served as Chief Finance and Strategy Officer at Garner Health. Before that, he was Citizen's Chief Business Officer, joining after Citizen acquired his startup, Harbor. Dan also held key roles at Headspace as the VP of Global Business Development and at Hallmark as SVP/GM in their digital media division, Hallmark Labs. In his free time, Dan enjoys reading (to his kids) and cooking (for his kids). He also likes camping, skiing, and rock climbing (also with his kids). We're excited to see Dan's impact as he helps to lead and grow our company!

Elevate Labs is thrilled to welcome two new members to the team! Patrick Killian is our new Senior iOS Engineer. He has spent nearly a decade at Apple as a software engineer and technology evangelist. In his free time, you can find him out on a hiking trail, advocating for better cycling infrastructure, or teaching bicycle repair throughout his community. 🚲 Jonathan Girard Viau is our new Senior Backend Engineer. He studied software engineering and previously worked on the payments team at Shopify. Fun fact about Jonathan: He used to be a DJ, and he had a YouTube channel with over 400k views. 🎶 We're excited to have them on board!

Elevate Labs is thrilled to welcome two new members to the team! Hind Almeida is our new Customer Support Agent. After attending film school, he found himself in the tech industry, and loves the fast pace and innovation in the space. In his free time, Hind's usually hiking, biking, or catching the latest blockbuster at the movie theater. Colleen Wormsley is our new Senior Product Marketing Manager. She previously worked at the New York Times, leading the marketing strategy for their Games app. Outside of work, you'll likely find her biking around Queens, playing with her cat, and seeing as many Broadway shows and concerts as possible. We're excited to have them on board!

Elevate Labs is thrilled to welcome two new members to the team! Alek Safar is our new VP of Product. He has spent nearly a decade in technology, founding two companies and developing a broad range of products, including mobile apps, games, and hybrid hardware-software solutions with machine learning capabilities. Most recently, at Noom, he led the creation of a new clinical vertical from scratch. Outside of work, Alek enjoys bouldering, table tennis, board games, and croissants. (Recommendations welcome.) Jedediah B. is our new Senior Content Designer. For over a decade, he has focused on enhancing consistency, clarity, comprehension, and camaraderie for companies like Microsoft, Etsy, and Lemonade. In his free time, Jed enjoys reading novels—especially in the sci-fi and contemporary genres—playing video games, and searching for his next slice of pizza on long walks or short Vespa rides. We're excited to have them on board!
