Welcome to the newest member of the PR team, Ally Leomporra, who joins us as a PR Coordinator! Ally grew up working at my family's bar and restaurant in New Jersey, where her love for hospitality was born. Ever since she was young, she explored various creative outlets, from photography to writing and everything in between, but discovered her passion in storytelling when she began her career in public relations. In her free time, she loves to cook, attend concerts, travel to new places and meet new people! We're happy to have you on board, Ally.

We're closing out the week with a huge congrats to our Creative Director Sean Varney on her two year anniversary with Kinship! 👏 Sean is both a left and right brain, combining unmatched creativity with organizational skills, ensuring our team's creative output is top tier. We're thrilled to welcome Bianca Fleck to the Social Media Team as an Associate Director of Social Media! With a background in public relations, Bianca has dedicated the past five years to social media, focusing on hotels and resorts. Her passion for travel and hospitality led her to collaborate with a variety of branded and independent hotels, excelling in bridging the gap between creativity and analytics. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, she now lives in the Denver, Colorado area, where she resides with her husband and cherished dog, Arnie. Welcome to the team, Bianca!

We're excited to welcome Savanna Ruiz to our Social Media Team as a Social Media Specialist! Savanna discovered her passion for hospitality while working in restaurants, which paved the way for her career in hospitality and marketing. Inspired by the dedication of business owners and the power of social media, she has since honed her skills in growing businesses through effective social media strategies. Outside of work, Savanna enjoys pilates, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her two very energetic Australian Shepherds. We're thrilled to have you as part of the team, Savanna!

Congratulations, Matthew Gillis, on your promotion to Vice President. You are that rare bird --equal parts colleague, strategist and friend. Thank you for all that you have done, what you will continue to do, and most importantly, for how you lift us up as you soar.

More good news! Madison VanDeVelde is celebrating her two-year work anniversary at Kinship. We're proud to congratulate Madi on this achievement and for all of her growth over the past year. She has earned the respect of her partners as a social media expert, jumped in as a team player whenever necessary, proven her skills through social media results, and has become a trusted friend and colleague. Madi, we're so excited for where the next year takes you. Congratulations!

We have some exciting news as we close out the day. Please join us in congratulating Bella Foote on her promotion to a Social Media Strategist! Over the past year, we've watched Bella carve a niche for herself in social media for restaurants. Her thoughtfulness, creativity and strategy-first approach to all her partners is admirable. We're so very lucky to have you, Bella. Congrats on year one!
