In our latest blog, we highlight a recent white paper that reviews energy storage value streams and behind-the-meter time-of-use optimization authored by Jonathan Lee, New Sun Road co-founder and Director of Research. "Using a behind-the-meter battery for ToU shifting is an obvious value stream that shouldn't be left on the table, but it takes a pretty large difference between Peak and Off-Peak energy prices to yield enough savings to justify a battery investment just from that, unless you're subject to NEM 3.0 rules that give low credits for solar export.
