We have some HUGE news ⏰ We are excited to announce the launch of our Dynamic Video feature today on Product Hunt! Videos can be a force multiplier for sellers and marketers, cutting through the noise, and bringing a personalized touch to the customer interactions HOWEVER, the time it takes to record 1:1 personalized videos lead to sellers failing to utilize videos consistently. So we decided to do something about it! Announcing Sendspark Dynamic videos — record 1 video, turn on voice cloning, add contacts and generate personalized videos at scale. Hundreds of early customers have been utilizing the feature as part of their outbound campaigns and some of the results are incredible. The team at Warmly, alone have been driving 2-3x increase in reply rates by incorporating dynamic video as part of their outbound campaigns. And our own tests internally have netted out the same: Double Reply Rates when comparing dynamic video campaigns against an email only campaign. We would appreciate your support on Product Hunt, you can find it in the comments below ⬇️ Thank you to all our early users and this community 🚀

Sr. Growth Manager @ ActiveCampaign | Institutional Consultant | Founder

When should you use SMS? Email? Personal Videos? Postcards? Linkedin messages? One of the tricks to a good omnichannel strategy is learning where in the customer journey to apply different tactics. My experience is… SMS -> reminders, promos/activations Gifting -> Thank you, engaging partners, rewarding affiliates Physical cards -> Thank yous. Post conference follow-up. Big deals closing. Personal Videos -> First touch engagements, new trial, new booking, new customer Email -> Nurturing leads/building pipeline, trial or lead conversions, promotions, onboarding But I recently sat down to talk with Bethany Stachenfeld, CEO at Sendspark (which is on an absolute tear recently!), and got her perspective on this same question!

Zoe @ Apollo | sales training & b2b influencer marketing, content creator | sales, productivity + career tips | ghostwriting + brand building

The number one piece of criticism I would get from my video prospecting advice was "Of course you get replies, you're a pretty twenty-something - there's no way it works for everyone else." Typically from middle-aged men. Typically people who had never tried (and I'd wager were too scared to try) video for themselves. My reply was always "you think I'm pretty!?" and I'd move along. We hear it all the time. "Cold calling is dead" "Outbound is dead" "Remote work is dead." Ever think people saying XYZ is "dead" are just folks who never saw success with it in the first place OR simply do not want to do that kind of work? I trained hundreds of people on video prospecting- most of which WERE able to achieve similar results to me. Here are 3 tips to make sure your video messaging gets replies: 1. The magic is in the thumbnail/first 3 seconds. Be smiling, maybe use a whiteboard or have their LinkedIn pulled up. Grab their attention visually. No millennial pause. Get right to speaking. 2. Copy around the video is everything. Give a sentence of context. Not only will a sentence or two of text help with deliverability- it also serves as a heads-up for what they're signing up for when they hit play. 3. Keep it under 30 seconds. If it's a true cold message, you have not earned more of their time. The likelihood of me giving you 30 seconds is WAY higher than me giving you 3 minutes. Your play rate AND reply rate goes up the shorter the video is. There are a BUNCH of tools out there to help you do this. I personally use Sendspark alongside Apollo.io to scale video outreach to the Youtubers I am trying to work with this quarter (already landed a whale). ♻️Repost for a sales pal tryna book meetings in October! And try it! (You won't try it...BUT DoN't YoU daRE tEll mE It OnLy WoRks bEcaUsE I aM a pReTty GiRl.) But call me pretty cuz I'm vain as hellllll ;) Ps. It was a 30% reply rate Kevin... 30000% doesn't even make sense you silly goose.

    GTM @ Cyft.ai | Unf*cking ConnectWise For MSPs | Call me: 727 637 2778 | Outbound & Clay Ops

If you're looking for a remote tech sales job, or a bunch of free contact data for hiring managers - this post is for you. If you want the sheet with all this data - post "data" in the comments, or your favorite movie from the Alien franchise (Romulus was amazing). You MUST be connected to me, so if you're not, send me a request so I can DM you the list. If you don't need a job, would love for you to tag someone who is looking so they might be able to help :) Hiring managers are looking at this post too, food for thought. 👁️ I should probably charge for this since I spent a lot of LeadMagic and Clay credits on this, but don't worry about that - this is a list of: • 724 SDR, AE and remote tech sales jobs based in the US - all posted in the last 60 days. Many are from Series A, B or C companies, all between 11-200 employees.    • 978 CROs, VPs of Sales, Sales Recruiters, Talent Acquisition people, and anyone else I thought was involved in the sales rep hiring process at these companies.    • 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 work emails and phone numbers for those people - get the job by doing the job - call them! Send a Sendspark telling them why you're right for the job! How I would use this list if I were looking for a job: • Look  the job description - see if its something you want to pursue    • Tab over to the contact data sheet, sort by company name - find all the people who work at the company of the job you liked    • Call them, or shoot them an email or LinkedIn message (all this data is in here) Process I used to create this list (chart included since I know ya'll are addicted to SaaS charts) • Leadmagic job search with the right attributes    • Exported 2589 companies from Apollo.io from series A, B and C startups    • Used Clay job search for the Apollo CSV    • Combined the CSVs in ChatGPT so I had all 724 jobs in one sheet • People searched in Clay for the roles I wanted in from the companies • Waterfall enriched the emails with LeadMagic, Findymail and Prospeo, validated with NeverBounce by ZoomInfo and Leadmagic. • Waterfall enriched the phone numbers with LeadMagic, the native Clay phone enrichment, and verified numbers with ClearoutPhone I realize this was somewhat a contrived workflow but I wanted to test out the lead magic validation and job search functions, which both worked great. Could probably have done this faster but wanted maximum coverage. Sticking to one data source is not good for coverage - the waterfall concept goes farther than just getting different emails. Apply it to other areas of data - retail locations, industry verification, how many SKUs someone has, etc. Anyway, I hope someone gets a job or some meetings out of this list, if you do, let me know! And if anyone else needs a similar list I'm happy to talk pricing. cc: Harry Sims am I Mother Theresa yet?

    Co-Founder @ The Kiln | A Clay Agency

This Clay setup is so good I almost didn't want to share it. Here's what it does: 1. Imports your company's LinkedIn engagers (via Common Room) and website visitors (via RB2B) into a Clay table 2. Qualifies the leads to ensure they're within your ICP 3. Enriches the contacts via Clay's "Enrich Person" integration 4. Creates a custom AI-generated video through Sendspark and sends it to a multi-channel campaign (sending LinkedIn and email messages) in La Growth Machine 5. Creates lookalikes of your high intent leads via Ocean.io 6. Finds contacts of the lookalike companies 7. Finds validated emails of the lookalike contacts 8. Sends the lookalike contacts to a high-volume email campaign It essentially creates two campaigns (high intent multichannel and high volume email) out of a lead source that you never have to touch. Just sit back and let the leads flow in. Massive shoutout to Ankit Singh with the help in building this, perks of having a team that loves breaking barriers. If you want the template for these tables, comment something and I'll send it to you 🚀
