Does your AI product ACTUALLY work? I just chatted with Laura Skinner from Closers.io about GTM challenges AI companies have... She told me AI founders say it's tough to stand out, since there are so many AI products now. IMO, the big problem is that people are tuning out AI tools after seeing so many that didn't work. So, if your product actually works... PROVE IT! In your initial outreach, send a quick video that shows your product in action. This eases skepticism and helps you stand out from the noise. And of course, if you're going to do this... use Sendspark to make AI-personalized videos for your prospects. Here's my video proving it actually works!
Is Outbound dead? Google and Microsoft are fighting spammers, LinkedIn is constantly changing limits, and everyone is sending too many emails, so your emails just don’t bring results. So you need to stop your campaigns and move to other channels? Yes (for spammers). But NO if you outbound correctly 💌 Our friends from GrowthBand are running a FREE Masterclass: Outbound Reinvented, where they show all the frameworks & strategies to make your outbound work in 2025. https://lnkd.in/eB46UWbt

AEs: AI SDRs are running amuck and burying that handcrafted email in your prospect’s inbox. Here’s how I’m standing out from the noise (and generating pipeline) 👇🏽 Building relationships with great people. I know, it sounds pretty straightforward. But with so many cool tools on the market like: - AI SDRs (like TOPO YC 24 and Artisan from my YC batch) - Sendspark AI Videos (shoutout to my faves Bethany Stachenfeld and Melissa Gaglione✨) - Apollo.io’s Enrichment Credits and Power-Ups - Adam Robinson’s Inbound Led Outbound with RB2B It’s becoming more complex, and noisy. These tools are pretty powerful at what they do. Seriously, check each of them out. But in my conversations, I keep hearing the same thing: buyers are getting desensitized across every channel, slowly joining what Mark Kosoglow calls "The Great Ignore." So let's pause and ask ourselves a simple question: What can we do to stand out from the noise? I believe the answer is simple. It’s the R in CRM. Relationships. That’s what matters MOST. It’s not about: 1️⃣ Send the most emails across 23 warmed up domains 2️⃣ Automating every piece of the funnel 3️⃣ Implementing AI SDRs that burn through TAM We can have a healthy debate in the comments about whether outbound is dead or if AI SDRs are the next Oura rings. BUT… Does it really matter? At the end of the day, we’re all human, and building real relationships is what matters most. As an engineer turned CEO & founding AE, I've quickly realized the power (and importance) of building relationships with customers throughout the entire lifecycle — from Stage 1 to Closed Won to Renewal. Now, it’s the thing I index on above all else. I use Centralize (YC W24) every day to know exactly who I'm engaged with, what uniquely matters to them, and who I'm missing. And it makes all the difference. What’s one thing you’re doing to build stronger relationships?

What’s the difference between “AI Avatar” videos and “AI-Personalized” videos? This question comes up on a lot! 🤖 AI Avatar Videos - are videos generated from a picture of yourself. Instead of recording a video of yourself, you upload a picture of yourself + a script, and watch the video come to life. This is what HeyGen, Vidyard, and Synthesia offer. Pros - if you’re camera shy, you don’t have to record a real video of yourself. Cons - the AI quality is getting better every day, but right now, it’s noticeably fake - it’s expensive to generate (usually ~$1 / min), so while it’s good for one-off videos, it’s hard to scale. For those reasons, it’s best used for educational, training, and other use cases where it’s okay if viewers can tell it’s AI. 🦾 AI Personalized Videos - are when you take one video, and personalize it for each viewer. For example, you could record one intro video, and then use AI to automatically add each viewer’s name (“Hi John,” “Hi Kate,” etc) This is where Sendspark is the best video platform ✨ Pros - it looks much more realistic, because only a small part of the video is AI - it’s more cost effective & scalable for the same reason (usually $.02- $.12 per video) - this opens up more use cases - like sales outreach, marketing automation, and scaled CS 🚀 Cons - you do have to record the original video yourself (sorry if you’re camera shy!) That said, both types of AI videos are very cool! And you might even use both, depending on what your use cases and goals are 😊
Beautiful example of Sendspark in action! Way to go 👏👏👏
I wanted to congratulate Madalena Rugeroni, Global Head of Growth at Amplemarket for this excellent outreach. While I’m not currently in the market, perhaps someone in my network is. #Outreach #Sales

Outbound has been really hard lately. I heard this yesterday from 50 revenue leaders But, here's one outbound strategy that is working for me: (5 steps) STEP 1: Search for a trigger* STEP 2: Send a connection request with a personalized note STEP 3: Start a conversation STEP 4: Record and share a personalized video (I use Sendspark) STEP 5: Ask for a meeting *Trigger list: - Case studies on their website - G2 or Trustpilot reviews - Relevant job postings - Competitor update - Recent news - 10-K report Video outreach helps stand out and break the noise. This is why I am doubling down on it. Thoughts? #sales #outbound

Tony Teshara swears by it. So check it out! (P.S I was not paid for this post and have no collaboration with sendspark - Just sharing a useful tool recommended by a Topbiller)
