These skills were the constant themes of skills in highest need at the seven businesses we visited for the Teaching for the Workforce conference. Educators from across the region participated in company tours, panels, and networking to learn about career pathways, needed skills and work-based learning opportunities here in downtown DSM they could take back to the classroom.
