“Preventive services improve medical health outcomes across the board, and they save money. That may be long-term savings, but they do save money and improve the health and wellbeing of your employees and their dependents.” ― WellSpark's Senior Clinical Advisor Dr. Wayne Rawlins shared his strong belief in the power of preventive care during the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions' virtual event Employer Case Studies: A focus on Prevention, Vaccines and Misinformation. https://lnkd.in/ggwhqJQH For more about how employers can support preventive care adherence, read this case study featuring a WellSpark client that has made preventive care a priority: https://lnkd.in/dBsBZUHn

It warms our hearts at WellSpark when we are invited to participate in a great event like LAZ Parking’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion AllyShip in Action: Celebrating PRIDE. This event was held for leaders across the LAZ organization. WellSpark’s Client Communication & Engagement Lead, Kristen Bell, was grateful to be included and provided an overview of the wellbeing resources available to LAZ employees and the important role they play as leaders in prioritizing their own wellbeing and sharing and supporting resources for their employees and colleagues. The 3-day Symposium provided the opportunity to connect with colleagues, engage in workshops and listen to panel discussions on supporting inclusivity and celebrating a diverse workforce.
