Happy Pride!
We stand by our LGBTQIA+ community and wish nothing but safety and love for everyone. We've donated $2,000 to @TrevorProject, which helps youth in the LGBTQIA+ community with suicide prevention. We at Mob believe that LGBTQIA+ rights are human rights and this world needs to see change.

“Why don’t you want to file a legal complaint?”
The journey to justice for a survivor of sexual and gender-based violence, particularly through traditional legal pathways, is marked by several challenges, including:
👉🏽 Social stigma and a lack of trust;
👉🏽 Long-drawn, complex, mostly unfamiliar proceedings that often take away the agency of individuals;
👉🏽 Repeatedly needing to recount traumatic events in detail, with proceedings depending on survivors’ ability to describe events that they may not want to or be able to remember fully;
👉🏽 Lack of psycho-social support from a system that exacerbates trauma in the pursuit of justice.
Tune into the complete episode to hear about retraumatisation of victims in the journey to justice, and the need for survivor-centric, trauma-informed services that prioritise survivors’ well-being and agency.

Help Aboriginal women escaping family violence
Australia is facing a national crisis of violence against women.
Here in Victoria, Aboriginal women are 45 times more likely to experience family violence than other women.
And the number of Aboriginal women seeking support continues to rise – Djirra experienced a 22% surge in demand in the first three months of this year alone.
While violence against Aboriginal women is increasing, and we are already devastatingly over-represented in family and sexual violence statistics, our frontline services and community-led solutions remain critically underfunded.
This is why we URGENTLY need your help with a tax-deductible donation this end of financial year

Sadly, modern slavery exists and it's closer than you think. Today there are 50 million people worldwide under someone else’s exploitative control.
But you can help change that.
Most people equate modern slavery solely with sex trafficking, but in reality out of 50 million people in modern slavery:
- 19.9m are in forced labor in private or state-run companies
- 1.4m experience domestic servitude in private homes
- 6.3m are in forced sexual exploitation (1.7 million are children)
- 21.9m are in a forced marriage to which they have not consented
Thankfully, Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance is working to bring an end to modern slavery and human trafficking.
But they need your help.
You can help them by donating here or at the link below: https://lnkd.in/gNnb9Y8j
Together we can see families reunited, vulnerable people protected, and a world free from slavery and human trafficking.

I'm hearing this a lot from brands right now... 👇
'We're trying to wean ourselves off the discount drug but it's hard to do at the moment'.
This is music to my ears.
Charitable promotions don't feel like a promotion.
It's a completely different interaction for brands and customers.
Psychologically, this is why...
🎯 Own Your Discount: The Endowment Effect
When you donate to unlock a discount, you’re invested in it. It’s not just a discount, it’s 'your' discount and that sense of ownership makes it more valuable to you.
🛒 Spend More, Save More: The Sunk Cost Fallacy
Donated to get your discount? Now you’re motivated to make it count. The small ‘investment’ in charity, nudges you to want to maximise the saving. How? By spending more.
😇 Feel-Good Shopping: The Warm Glow Effect
Doing something good makes us feel good - and brands that make us feel good, are ones we’ll shop with again. It’s that simple. The outcome? Happy, loyal customers.
🔒 Quality, Not Cheapness: Busting the Cognitive Bias
Typically, discounts make a product seem ‘cheap’. By making the discount a reward for a good deed, it turns it into a signal of high quality, social awareness and exclusivity. The donation provides an ethical and ‘premium’ context for the discount.
...
A year ago this was all just theory.
But over the last few months, Space NK have proven it beyond doubt.
💸 £40,000 raised for charity across three promotions
📈 9,000+ customers donated before going on to spend more than double Space NK's Average Order Value ( 👋 Sunk Cost Fallacy)
🛍 Conversions increased by over 10%
Our mission is to turn Space NK from the exception into the blueprint.
We've got some exciting things lined up over the next few months that I'm sure are going to help.

Bursting with Pride!🏳️🌈
Across the month of June, we celebrated Pride at Space NK and what an event it was!
As part of the activity, we teamed up with LGBTQIA+ helpline Switchboard, asking our community to donate £5 to Switchboard in return for a unique 20% off code.
In total, all our Pride activity raised £18,958!
Thank you to everyone who took part and donated and a big thank you to POGO for helping facilitate this promotion.
We are delighted to be helping Switchboard continue on their mission to provide a safe space for anyone to discuss anything from gender identity, sexual health or emotional wellbeing.

We need your urgent action now to help fund the gap!
Did you know that Illinois is ranked 49th in the nation in its funding commitment for community-based services for people with disabilities?!
Please help fund the gap now at www.LittleCity.org/Gap for the people with disabilities who call Little City home!
Despite the support from the state for those we serve, there is no new funding that will change that ranking in the current Illinois budget - making it significantly more challenging to provide the vital programs and services the people with disabilities need and deserve.
So, we are asking for your URGENT help -
#1 SHARE this message to help spread awareness about this significant funding gap.
#2 DONATE now to help fund the gap! Every dollar - $25, $50, $100 - enables us to provide a community and comprehensive scope of services that are not currently funded for people with disabilities at Little City!
Help fund the gap now at www.LittleCity.org/Gap
By breaking the cycle of violence and trauma, we can create a foundation for healthier, more resilient communities. Addressing these issues is not just about the present; it’s an investment in the safeguarding of our children and the well-being of future adults.
🚸 Let’s Invest in Prevention Together: Supporting Kwanele’s Mission
The statistics shared emphasise the profound impact on both current and future generations. Investing in anti-gender-based violence (GBV) organizations, such as Kwanele, plays a crucial role in addressing and mitigating the alarming statistics related to intimate partner violence, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and online sexualized behaviour towards children.
Taking action this upcoming #16DaysOfActivism and beyond and donating for #GivingtTuesday is crucial. We need to #unite and #rally together to support organizations like Kwanele that are dedicated to preventing and addressing these issues — because every action today is an investment in a brighter and violence-free tomorrow.
Want to invest in our cause for Giving Tuesday and 16 Days of Activism? Head to our fundraiser here:
https://lnkd.in/d7-_c7Cx
Your donation (anything is incredible) becomes a tangible stand against GBV, a commitment to social change, and a vital part of the solution in creating a world where survivors are heard, valued, and GBV is no longer tolerated.
