Construction projects are relatively more exposed to risks of delays arising from material shortages and supply chain disruptions. The New Zealand Government's proposed changes to the Building Act 2004 aims to streamline the building consent process, reducing delays and costs. These changes will impact how minor product and design changes are handled, potentially making construction projects easier and more cost-efficient. #buildingconsent #construction #helpingshapeNewZealandsfuture
