Ms. Kilbourne organized a whopping 287 training seminars for #smallbiz owners last fiscal year! 👏 👏 👏 From government contracting to social media, she ensured a vast pool of vital information was provided to up-and-coming entrepreneurs. She has written many articles promoting small business and economic development and is an adaptive sports enthusiast and avid concertgoer. She has been honored to serve as Ms. Wheelchair Texas in 2012 & Ms. Wheelchair America in 2013. Get it, girl! 🏆
