I am Melissa Painter, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi. I believe that life is about relationships, so my goal is to help clients strengthen their relationship with self and others. I endeavor to help clients live more fulfilling lives by empowering them with resources to deal with anxiety, depression, marriage/relationship issues, grief, and other life issues. I base my approach on the needs of each client. I most often use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that works with adolescents and adults with a variety of issues. I understand that life does not always go exactly as we have hoped and that sometimes we need a little extra support to get it on track.
